Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The invitation opens in any phone browser, and guests share photos by scanning your QR card. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for. Not even for Nan.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes. Guests add photos and videos from their phone browser, in the same place.
Is our gallery private?
Yes. It opens only from your QR code or private link and isn’t publicly searchable. You can remove any upload or message.
Can we download everything together?
Yes. Once your photos are unlocked, download every upload in one full-size ZIP.
What if there’s no signal at the venue?
Guests take photos as usual and upload later from the same QR link, once they have signal or Wi-Fi.
Does the QR code expire?
No. There’s no scheduled gallery expiry, and your QR code keeps pointing to your gallery.
Do we pay anything today?
No. Starting is free. Invitations are US$49 once, when you send them. Photo sharing is free for your first 50 uploads, and US$49 once unlocks the rest whenever you’re ready.
Do we need both?
No. Use either one on its own. If you want both for the same wedding, it’s US$79 instead of US$98.
How do guests get their invitation?
You send each guest their own link by text, WhatsApp or email. Their envelope has their name on it, and their reply comes straight back to your list.
What happens after the first 50 uploads?
Guests keep uploading as normal. Everything after the first 50 is saved and locked until you unlock it all for US$49.
Are our photos ever deleted?
There is no scheduled gallery expiry while WedClic operates. You can download unlocked uploads in full quality and request deletion of your data.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
If a confirmed WedClic fault stops guest uploads or your paid gallery working as promised, we’ll try to fix it or provide a reasonable solution. If we can’t, we’ll refund your payment. Exclusions apply; contact us within 14 days of purchase. See the WedClic Works Guarantee in our terms.
